Rights of the inspected person

The inspected person has the right to:

• comment on the facts identified throughout the inspection on an ongoing basis,
• familiarize themself with the content of the protocol and submit written objections to the inspection findings in the protocol,
• request the Inspection Authority to demonstrate facts pursuant to § 92 letters b) and c),
• request joint parties to show a written mandate by the president of the Office pursuant to § 96 par. 2,
• request from the Inspection Authority a confirmation of the collection of the original documents or a copy of the documents according to § 93 letter e).
