Rights of the controlled person

The controlled person is authorized

• continuously comment on the facts found during the inspection,
• familiarize yourself with the content of the protocol and submit written objections after familiarizing yourself with the control findings in the protocol,
• require the control authority to prove the facts according to § 92 of the Letters. b) and c),
• to require from the invited person proof of a written authorization of the head of the office according to § 96 par. 2,
• require from the control authority a confirmation of the collection of the original documents or a copy of the documents according to § 93 letters. e).
