Standard contractual clauses - agency contract

The accepted standard contractual clauses for intermediaries represent a set of safeguards to be used as adopted, as they aim to protect data subjects and mitigate specific risks related to the basic principles of data protection. These standard contractual clauses cannot be used to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization. This is a non-binding template that operators and intermediaries can use to fulfill their obligation to conclude an intermediary contract according to Art. 28 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data also in the conditions of the Slovak Republic.
