Name of the end service: Approving the provisions to be included in administrative arrangements for the transfer of personal data
Description: The service makes it possible to submit a request for the approval of provisions that are included in administrative arrangements between public authorities or public entities and include enforceable and effective rights of the persons concerned. These provisions serve to transfer personal data to third countries or an international organization. The application is submitted in Slovak and English.
