Exercising the rights of the person concerned against the Office
Name of the end service: Exercising the rights of the affected person against the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic
Description: The service allows the affected person to submit a request to exercise the rights of the affected person only against the Office in the capacity of the operator: • the right to access personal data, • the right to correct personal data, • the right to delete personal data, • the right to limit the processing of personal data, • the right to the portability of personal data, • the right to object to the processing of personal data, and the fulfillment of the notification obligation to the Office in connection with the correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of personal data.
