Issuance of certificates of compliance
Name of the end service: Issuance of personal data processing compliance certificates
Description: The service enables operators and intermediaries to request the issuance of a certificate or the renewal of a certificate from the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic for the purpose of proving the compliance of personal data processing and the existence of adequate personal data protection guarantees. The certificate is issued or renewed for a maximum period of three years.
The service is provided electronically via an electronic form via the ÚPVS portal:
