Notification of the operator of the violation
Name of the end service: Notification of the operator about the violation of personal data protection of the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic
Description: The service allows the operator to notify the Personal Data Protection Office of the SR of a personal data protection violation. The operator is obliged to report the notification of a breach of personal data protection without undue delay and, if possible, no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of it; this does not apply if the breach of personal data is not likely to result in a risk to the rights of an individual.
