Name of the end service: Previous consultation of the operator before starting the processing of personal data
Description: The "Preliminary consultation" service allows you to submit a request for a high residual risk assessment before starting the processing of personal data. The operator is the obliged entity, if it carries out an assessment of the impact on the processing of personal data, from which it follows that the intended processing of personal data (for example, monitoring by a camera system under certain circumstances) would lead to a high risk for the rights and freedoms of the persons concerned, i.e. for ordinary people. When assessing, the operator is also obliged to take into account the so-called blacklist of processing operations for which it is obliged to carry out an impact assessment. The "Preliminary Consultation" service is associated with the mandatory submission of the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act or the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection.
